The Firehouse South gallery & Event space opened it's doors for the first time with Alan Chin's BFA Thesis exhibition for the California College of the Arts. Alan has spent the weeks leading up to this show at the 3k square foot  space installing and painting. "Opening night felt like a dream scape with luminaries of the art world, dancing free form with rising stars in local community" John Toki of Leslie Ceramics who continually mentors upcoming sculptors. Raymond Saunders, who donates his time to help spread the Visual process of art to many communities throughout the world, while being Professor of Painting at CCA. Tom Franco, director of Firehouse Art Collective: " Journey through a dream" was the perfect opening show for the FAC. Alan captured the spirit of the space and transformed it into a noteworthy show-that shows off his artistic and curatorial skills.The guests thought it was at least four to five artists, when it really was Alan's Solo show".
